The nature of our reality is not what we believed in for a long time and quantum physics has already proven that. As you may know – matter is an illusion. In fact, physical atoms are nothing but energy vortexes that spins and vibrates at a different speed. And if you zoom into them, even more, you will find… nothing, absolutely nothing.
But let’s not get into this, let’s stay with the vibration for now.
So every object on this earth is made from atoms, including us, humans, and we all vibrate at a different speed. And that vibration creates frequencies. Just like music frequencies. So depending on our vibration, we all have our own “sound”. Our energetic signature. Each of us is like a different song if you will. And that song influences the way we experience life.
So imagine that you listen to low-frequency music, maybe a song that was written from a place of great suffering. All of a sudden you start seeing darkness everywhere around you, you might start feeling anger, hate or other low-frequency feelings. You might even end up matching some low-frequency situations like witnessing an accident or a robbery or even being a part of one.
And now imagine that you are listening to high-frequency music, like 80’ dance music or some 432Hz music, all of a sudden everything seems to brighten up. Even if you are in the worst neighborhood, as long as you have your headphones on, you will be smiling and will try to hold yourself from dancing and attracting too much attention, right?
So this is the way our own personal frequencies affects us and our perception of life. It’s like having that song on your headphones. It colors our reality.
It’s important to realize that everything outside of us is nothing but pure potential, it does not have any meaning attached to it. It is us that gives it meaning according to the way we perceive life, according to our own frequency. We project that meaning and subjectivity on the potential. Just like a simple toy can be an object of love for one person and hate for another and neutral for the third person. The toy doesn’t necessarily hold meaning on its own. It’s empty.
(Just to be clear, low frequency is not necessarily bad per se, because a chair, for example, is a low-frequency object, but for us humans, it is different, because we can shift our frequency, unlike the objects and certain animals and it influences our perception of the world).
So for us, the lower the frequency, the denser the reality is, the heavier are the feelings, the more susceptible we are to other people s opinions. We can be told what to think or what to believe in, we do not question the authority, even if it’s not really an authority, we are just like another sheep in the herd. Living blindly and following we don’t know what or who. And we are very likely a match to “negative” situations.
And the higher our vibration is, the closer we are to Source, God, Enlightenment or whatever we believe in. Basically, there is more love, joy, bliss, synchronicities and less suffering, illness, anger, fear and other low-frequency emotions. We are in conscious creation of our destiny, We are no longer affected by other people opinions and we are no longer slaves to our thoughts or emotions. By living in a higher frequency state you literally experience heaven ON EARTH! No matter where you are. You feel great as if you would be listening to that awesome song even if you are in the worst neighborhood!
Heaven is not a physical place, it’s an emotional state that we can create. Does that make sense?
Ok, so does that makes you want to raise your frequency?
It does for me!
Good.
So you’ve probably heard many times that to raise your frequency and in general, be happier, you SHOULD eat healthily, you should exercise, you should stop watching TV, you should think positive thoughts that many times per day…and of course, you should become more compassionate and loving. And I agree, these are all amazing steps to take and that would be ideal… but that’s not where we are going to start today. Although I will discuss it later.
Why?
If you don’t want to fall back, you need to work on your internal state first. Otherwise rising frequency through external means like exercise, for example, can become an escape from what you are truly feeling in the moment. Similar to taking a pill or drinking alcohol – just a healthier alternative. And you might eventually run out of will power.
Just look at your life and ask yourself, does it really work to force yourself to always exercise, to force yourself to think positively when you feel heavy and depressed? For how long does it work? If you stop putting effort into these actions, does your life just falls back where it was? Is that normal? It that really what your spiritual journey is about? A constant TRYING? A constant effort? And the moment you stop trying, all the results just vanish? You’re back where you were??
If you’re fed up and tired of constant effort to control your life, this is for you, please continue.
All these obligations that you have in order to raise your frequency and keep yourself in a state of an emotional high eventually might start weighing your shoulders.
Think about it, you already know how you should live and what actions you should take to make your life better, but sometimes you are just “unable to do it”, there is no more will power in your bank account. You try, fall back, try again, fall back… and then you start feeling guilty, you start feeling shame, anger, fear that you will never be able to truly change. And these (guilt and shame) are one of the lowest frequency emotions you can experience! So much for raising the vibration, right?
The truth is that to be able to live the life you know you should be living and to do all these actions, like start eating more healthy, you have to FIRST raise your frequency. Paradoxal right? you think these actions should raise your frequency but you can’t even do it because you’re frequency is too low! It’s like having an anchor that is holding your boat from moving.
So first of all what you really want is these feelings of love, joy, bliss to NATURALLY occur in your life. From within. You want to create that awesome inner song that will not only affect YOU, but also other people around you and their experience of life.
The truth is that you can’t force the feelings to be what you want them to be. That’s not the way our emotions work and all these actions can easily lead you to a great spiritual bypassing.
And so today I will give you one and the most important tool that will help you and SUPPORT you in your shift. And that will take some patience, but it will be worth it. Because you are constantly creating your reality, whether you are aware of it or not, and being in a high-frequency state will allow you to consciously create the life you desire instead of just a grey existence.
So the most important step you can take today is surrender. Since our childhood, we are taught that the emotions like fear, anger, grief, guilt or shame are bad and we spend most of our life trying to avoid it and instead, pursue the happy emotions. However, these unpleasant emotions are our key to transformation. Yes, they do vibrate at a low frequency, but only through surrendering to them and offering them a conscious presence we can rise above them.
As the saying goes, what you resist – persists. When you resist an emotion that you are already having, you are only inviting it to stay with you for longer. You end up burying the emotions in your subconscious and they start directing your life without you even realizing. So let’s say you feel anger and you think it’s so wrong to feel it that in one way or another, you stuff it down. Well, it just goes within you and becomes a new note of your personal song. Now you’re walking in the street and people hear a heavy metal song made of all your suppressed anger. And you might not even be aware of it. You’ll think: “Heavy metal? No, no, it’s divine music!” You might believe that people are projecting and they are the ones angry, but you do not realize that these feelings actually come from You. It’s your deeply suppressed emotions and everyone can hear it, intuitively. No matter what facade you put on, you sound like a heavy metal song. That’s what happens when you choose not to deal with your emotions.
So the key here is to learn to feel your anger and let it go for good. Only when you accept your emotion and allow yourself to experience it fully, you can let go of it.
And when you do let go, you are able to naturally move higher, into different emotional states of higher frequency. It’s like letting go of all the anchors holding your boat from moving.
And it’s important to remember that you do not need a special moment to do this work. We often search for fancy ways to heal, we think we need to do something very special to liberate ourselves, to clear our karma.
But healing is already happening. Now. Every day. Life is healing you by throwing at you the situations that provoke certain emotions that you had already suppressed in the past. And it just comes up through new situations, new people. It’s asking to be healed. And this is your opportunity.
So when you go through your days, keep asking yourself: “How do I feel?” This is the most important question you can ask yourself. Listen to yourself and Feel what is there.
You might want to contract and resist but feel it anyway.
Let’s compare your emotion of pain or anxiety to a feeling of cold temperature.
When you feel cold, you want to snuggle in and contact your body. Same goes for anxiety. You want to protect yourself from it, so you contract, you resist. However, when you contract, you restrict the blood flow and you are actually preventing your body from naturally warming up. If you would let go and relax, trust a little, your blood flow would increase and you would warm up.
When you are not labeling the feeling as cold or good/bad, but just observing it as energy passing through your body, it is so much easier to surrender to it. It’s just like electricity traveling through your body and it can actually even become pleasant.
So you can do the same with any of the feelings that come up. Sometimes it might be very unpleasant, but just keep going and surrendering, relaxing. Even if that feeling burns you and makes you experience the flames of hell. Even if you want to kick and scream. Even if your mind comes up with all kind of scenarios about why you should distract yourself from that feeling. Feel it anyways.
If you will learn to feel your suppressed emotions and the pain behind them, you will keep your subconscious clear and you will be able to stay in a high frequency.
Let your emotions guide you, heal you and lift you higher.
