In order for us to grow and move forward with our lives, we need to first understand where we are at the moment.
But how do you know where you are, really?
Studying the levels of consciousness and vibrational frequency will allow you to understand where you are and perceive the journey ahead of you with more clarity. It will also allow you to understand how your emotions influence your perceived reality and how you can improve that reality.
In the last blog, I was talking about heaven being an emotional state, not a physical plane. The same goes for hell. Every person on this Earth has a different experience of life, even if they live in the same city or the same neighborhood. One neighbor could be living in heaven, another in hell. It’s an inner state that they are experiencing.
To illustrate this better, let’s take a look at this “scale (or map) of consciousness”. Originally it was created by an amazing spiritual teacher David Hawkins, but then various people modified and upgraded it. You’ll see an original scale of David Hawkins that was scientifically validated.
Everything on this scale is measured from 0 to 1000 using a muscle testing technique called Applied Kinesiology. 1000 is the highest state of consciousness that a human being can achieve while in this body. Examples would be Jesus, Buddha, Krishna. They all lived in the highest levels of consciousness.
There are also higher frequencies (higher than 1000) in the universe. For example, the frequency of archangels is extremely high. But our body has a limit and even a direct presence of an archangel would be way too overwhelming. Just like a high voltage electricity flow or lightning could kill you, too much energy passing through your system might burn your “energetic fuses” and leave you depleted.
However, the frequencies below 1000 are also very very high and even that could be overwhelming for a human body and mind that is not prepared.
The majority of humanity lives below 200, at the level of force and self-destruction.
Below 200, you experience feelings of shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, and pride. You are living in a “victim or abuser” consciousness. It’s 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dimensions. And this is representing hell on earth as well as the level of purgatory.
Then when you learn to let go of those emotions, you shift to emotions of courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason and you start tasting self-empowerment.
Then eventually you go even higher and you connect with love (500), joy, deep peace, oneness, and Truth. That allows you to experience paradise or heaven on earth. At these levels, you are shifting dimensions really quickly and your life looks more like a mystical movie than a boring soap opera. That happens when you are fully integrating your higher self and you are reaching a true “self-realization”.
According to D. Hawkins, only 4 % of people reach the level above 500. Even less above 700-800. I believe that now, because of the massive awakening, the percentage is quickly increasing, but it is still very rare. The frequency of 500 is so high that the simple presence of a person that is calibrating above 500 is increasing the frequency of thousands, – more precisely millions – of people around them. And that is why people love gathering around Gurus or spiritual teachers. It’s because simply being in the guru’s presence is raising their consciousness. At 500 we shift from the linear to the nonlinear, formless, spiritual realm. All of the highest achievements of our modern society exist at the level of reason and linearity which is just below the level of 500. Even such geniuses as Einstein, Freud, Newton, Aristotle all calibrated around 499.
We all have our “core level” at which we function. Even though our emotions and frequency can fluctuate from time to time, we generally function at a particular level.
By studying this emotional scale and applying muscle testing, you can start recognizing your core level and gaining more awareness about your life, your experience of life, and the reason for your behaviors. Once you start being aware of where you are at, you will be able to move on and increase your frequency.
Of course, it is important to remember, again, that low and high frequency doesn’t mean bad and good. This is a very linear approach and linear understanding. Good and bad experiences are necessary and they are not supposed to be judged, only accepted, because they exist for a reason. Without acceptance, there is no moving forward.
Also, the higher you go, the less personal your journey becomes. By that, I mean that it’s not anymore only about your personal vibration and personal improvement. You also start working with collective consciousness and diving into the deepest shadows of the whole human race. You start clearing and letting go of the collective karma.
As they say, more power and more knowledge mean more responsibility too. But when you go up, you have the strength to do it as well. It becomes your purpose and your purpose gives you life energy.
What is your “core level” at this moment and what tools are using for your spiritual growth?
