HOW TO GET RID OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS INSTANTLY?

Negative thoughts can cause so much anxiety and insecurities… Or maybe, it’s the other way around?



Today I’ll share with you why do you have negative thoughts in the first place and how can you get rid of them instantly. And it’s not what you think!



I’m sure that there is not one person on the earth that doesn’t have one negative thought. So whoever you are, this is going to help you.



But first of all, before trying to eliminate anything from your life, let’s try to understand why it is there and what does it even mean?



But what does it mean?



Did you ever consider that life is happening for you and you are not the one making life happen? It might sound a little strange at first but bare with me. I believe that every happy person on this planet already figured this out and if you want to be happy, try to be open to this possibility.



So if that is true, if life is happening for you, it means that all the situations, all thoughts, and even all the emotions are also happening for you. You are not the one making them happen. Just like the weather. It just happens, you are not the one changing the temperature and making it rain or making the sun shine (unless, of course, you are a great shaman). And so you are not the one thinking your thoughts. Thoughts are just passing through you.



Imagine that your brain is like a radio that is tuning in to different channels and broadcasting different information. And what information, what thoughts it will broadcast to you depends on your frequency, your vibration. In other words, the emotions that you have inside of you (the ones that you’re conscious of and the ones you are unconscious of)



So your thoughts are not you. They are NOT YOU. Just as the information you hear on the radio, is not the radio itself.


So thoughts simply come to you to be experienced, because you are at a certain vibration.



And if you would allow yourself to experience whatever comes to you, you would be able to release it and move on to another channel with a higher frequency.


But now think about what happens when you have a thought that you do not like. Automatically you reject it, you resist it and you want to eliminate it and change it. You do not want it to be a part of your human experience. That’s why you’re watching this video too!


You think that something is wrong! Something is wrong with you because can’t stop thinking about those thoughts.


And if you’ve been watching my videos for a while now, you’ll know that resistance is what creates suffering. As well as desire. In Buddhism attachment to desires causes suffering. Including a desire to change something. So by resisting your thoughts and desiring to change them, get rid of them, you create even more suffering and you guarantee that you will be stuck in this vicious cycle for a while.


Think about it, by trying to eliminate bad thoughts, you’re trying to eliminate an aspect of yourself and healing happens only when you integrate parts of yourself, not try to eliminate them. So this desire on its own causes more fracture rather than healing.


So now how can you let go of those negative thoughts or at least make peace with them, without causing more trauma to yourself?


Gratitude. First of all, whenever you have negative thoughts, start with gratitude. Thank those thoughts for coming to your awareness. Realize that before this moment they were playing in your subconscious mind and creating your life without you even knowing about it. And now you get to become aware of them. How amazing is that?


Allow it to be and observe. Once you express gratitude, allow all your thoughts to be there. Do not try to eliminate or get rid of them, just allow them to be there for a while and just observe. Give it some space. If it wants to show up to you, then allow it to be seen. Just see your thoughts as clouds passing in the sky. Witness them and let them go. If you meet them with resistance and you try to fight them, you’ll just attract more of situations into your life that you’ll need to fight. So greet these thoughts with peace and let them go.


Practice detachment. Remind yourself that you are not your thoughts, your stories, your emotions, even your sensations. Even if you think them, you are not them. You just tune into them because you are at a particular frequency. So you are so much bigger and more wast than your thoughts. There is no need to identify with them. If you realize that it’s not personal and that there is nothing wrong with you, you will be able to make peace with all your human experiences including these thoughts.


So you can repeat this process whenever you experience negative thoughts.


Now as I mentioned before, all the thoughts come to you because you are in a certain vibration. So it means that under your thoughts, there is an underlying emotion that is asking for your attention. Those thoughts have an emotional charge. And one emotion can create a million different thoughts. So your thoughts are only pinpointing an emotion that needs to be released. It might be guilt, fear, jealousy, anger or even other more positive emotions that you feel attached to.
